CLASS DESCRIPTIONS & SUPPLIES

Whether you want to learn a new skill for yourself, to share, give as gifts or as part-time income, you'll find the knowledge will be valuable for years to come.

Cost of supplies may be paid at class 

Some classes require supplies that can be purchased locally, whereas, other classes will have supplies that can be purchased in class.  Check on your specific class for details

 Jewelry Making Basics ~$20


 The fun has just begun.  This class will inspire you with all the possibilities of creating your very own jewelry wardrobe.  You will be making a single string bead necklace. 

Caution: Jewelry making can be addicting.  You'll love the combinations that are possible when you make your first necklace.

 

Supplies: $16 includes jewelry tools and supplies for a single strand necklace.If you already have tools subtract $10

 

 


 Jewelry Making ~ Intermediate ~ $10


Jewelry can make even your favorite outfit look even better but, sometimes you go to your drawer and say to yourslef, "Jewelry, jewelry everywhere but, none to go with the outfit I want to wear."   If that is the case, bring the outfit that you need to compliment with a 3-string knockout necklace.

Bring jewelry tools, beads, and clasp for your outfit or purchase supplies from class.

Supplies: $20 includes jewelry tools and supplies for a 3-strand necklace.

If you already have tools subtract $10

 


 Simplified Birthday Cakes ~ $10


You can do it.  You don't need to be an artist or have a lot of skill to decorate cakes for your family with these simplified techniques. You will learn how to fold decorating tube just like professionals.

 

Supplies: $7 - Includes 2 tips, 2 collars & 10 parchment papers, frosting

 

 

 


Simple Jeans Purse ~ $5


This purse is a very simple unlined design for beginners on up.  It can be lined but, that would be covered in an intermediate class.  You will love it so much you will make more to give as gifts.

 

Supplies: Pair of old jeans, hot glue gun and glue, scissors, sewing machine or needle and thread, rick rack, braid, ribbon, buttons, velcro, and any other embellishments with which you would like to decorate your purse. 

 


Sew a Stuffed Animal ~ $10


This is a pretty basic bear or bunny.  But, once you take him home and name him, you can dress him for the holidays and give him to someone that needs a friend.  Pattern is supplied with class

 

Bring the following supplies or purchase at class

Supplies: $7.00 or bring1/2 yard cuddly type fabric, sewing machine, creweling needle, black, white and pink embroidery thread.
